Do iTech Rewards Points expire?

We recently updated the iTech Rewards program, so points you earned before the program was updated will expire sooner than newly-issued points.

For iTech Rewards Points issued before January 1, 2015, your rewards balance will expire one year after “no activity”. “No activity” generally means that you haven’t booked an appointment within the last year, and your total balance isn’t enough to earn an iTech Gift Card.

For iTech Rewards Points issued on or after January 1, 2015, your rewards balance will expire two years after “no activity”. “No activity” generally means that you haven’t booked an appointment within the last two years, and your total balance isn’t enough to earn an iTech Gift Card.

Similarly, iTech Promotional Gift Cards awarded before January 1, 2015 will expire one year from the issue date, and iTech Promotional Gift Cards awarded on or after January 1, 2015 never expire.
